Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
1 tbsp cream cheese (20g)
lemon juice + lemon zest, to taste
Toppings
¼ cup strawberries, sliced + extra to serve
1-2 squares white chocolate (10g)
1-2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (20g)
½ lotus biscoff, crushed (optional)
Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk, cream cheese and lemon to a bowl or container, mix to combine.
- Slide the strawberries down the side of the jar or mix them through the oat mixture. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened
- For the chocolate ganache, place the white chocolate and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread the chocolate ganache over the oats.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Optional to decorate with crushed biscuits and extra strawberries to serve.
