Raspberry & White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
45g Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup raspberries 

Toppings
25g coconut yoghurt
15g white chocolate, melted

Method:
  1. Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk and yoghurt to a bowl or container, mix to combine.
  2. Add the raspberries and mix through the oat mixture. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  3. For the ganache, place the chocolate and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the oats.
  4. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set. Optional to top with extra raspberries to serve.
