½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)

Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk and yoghurt to a bowl or container, mix to combine.
- Add the raspberries and mix through the oat mixture. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- For the ganache, place the chocolate and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the oats.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set. Optional to top with extra raspberries to serve.
