Raspberry & Biscoff

Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)

Toppings
1 tbsp biscoff spread, melted
¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries + extra to serve
½ tsp chia seeds
½ lotus biscuit, crushed (optional)

Method:

  1. Add Made Monday Overnight Oats and milk to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  2. For the jam, add the frozen raspberries to a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds until defrosted. Mix in the chia seeds then spread the jam over the oat mixture.
  3. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread then place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
  4. Optional to decorate with crushed biscuit and extra raspberries to serve.
