Ingredients:
Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
45g yoghurt
Toppings
25g tbsp coconut yoghurt
15g white chocolate, melted

2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnights Oats and milk and to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Spread the yoghurt over the oat layer.
- For the chocolate ganache, place the white chocolate and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the yoghurt.
- Top with passionfruit pulp and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
