Passionfruit & White Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
45g yoghurt 

Toppings
25g tbsp coconut yoghurt
15g white chocolate, melted
2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
Method:
  1. Add Made Monday Overnights Oats and milk and to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Spread the yoghurt over the oat layer.
  3. For the chocolate ganache, place the white chocolate and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the yoghurt.
  4. Top with passionfruit pulp and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
