What our Made Monday meal plan looks like this week aiming for 100g protein (no protein powder required!).
Prioritising healthy eating while juggling work, uni, kids and life’s challenges can be tricky. Noa and Miranda have put together their go-to easy recipes so you never have to sacrifice your wellness standards.
Made Monday is about simplifying our customer’s wellness routine, so these recipes include minimal ingredients and ensure that you are in the kitchen for as little time as possible.
Overnight Oats
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème or Chocolate Therapy Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
Toppings
2 tbsp yoghurt
½ tbsp nut butter or crushed nuts
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 small banana, sliced
Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnight Oats and milk to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Top with yoghurt, nut butter or crushed nuts and fresh fruit to serve.
Hot Honey Avocado Egg Smash
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/4 medium avocado (40g)
2 tbsp cottage cheese or light cream cheese (30g)
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
2 slices sourdough
1-2 tsp honey
¼ tsp chili flakes
Method:
- In a small bowl mash the avocado, cottage cheese, honey and chili flakes together with a fork. Once combined season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
- Cook the eggs to your liking (boiled, scrambled or fried) and toast the sourdough bread.
- Place the toast on a plate, top with the avocado mix and eggs.
Magic Shell Yoghurt Pot
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 small tub high protein yoghurt (150-200g)
½ tbsp nut butter of choice
20g chocolate of choice
1 tsp crushed nuts, optional
Method:
- Peel back the lid of the yoghurt pot. Add the nut butter and mix to combine.
- Place the chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the yoghurt and spread to evenly distribute.
- Optional to sprinkle crushed nuts on top. Place in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes until chocolate has set.

1 cup fresh fruit
OR
1-2 cups air-popped popcorn
One Pot Marry Me Chicken Orzo
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil, from the sun-dried tomato jar
500g chicken tenderloins, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
80g sun-dried tomatoes, drained (reserve oil)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup orzo/ risoni (200-210g)
2 1/2 cups chicken stock (625ml)
1/2 cup light cooking cream (125ml)
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (25g)
Method:
- Season the diced chicken with 1/2 tsp paprika, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, remaining paprika and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes then add the orzo and stock, stir well.
- Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until orzo is tender. Stir regularly to ensure the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Add an additional 1/4 cup of stock if needed.
- Once the orzo is cooked, add the cream and spinach. Stir for another minute until the spinach is wilted. Remove from the heat and stir through the parmesan until melted.
