Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
1 tbsp greek yoghurt (15g)
1 tbsp cream cheese (20g)
lemon juice + lemon zest, to taste
Toppings
2 squares white chocolate (15g)
3 tbsp greek yoghurt (45g)
Method:
- Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk, yoghurt, cream cheese and lemon to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened
- For the chocolate ganache, place the white chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Add the yoghurt and mix until smooth, if needed add 1/2 tbs of milk to thin.
- Spread the chocolate ganache over the oats and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Optional to decorate with lemon zest, crushed biscuits or desiccated coconut to serve.
