Method:
- Add melted Biscoff, coconut milk, and honey to a bowl. Mix until smooth (if it gets too thick, microwave for 20 seconds).
- Stir through Made Monday oats, almond meal, and protein powder until well combined.
- Roll into 12 balls, toss in coconut, and set in the fridge.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
